Hotel room block request
Hotels (10+ People) is designed to gather information to begin the sourcing process for your hotel(s) in your shooting location.
Simply complete out this form and hit Send. We will use this information, research hotels, match them against your criteria (type, distance, quality, budget, etc.), and create an electronic Request For Proposal (RFP) and a hotel comparison for you to review and approve for distribution.
Hotels normally respond within 48hrs after which we run a full bid report, score each bid, and present you with results and recommendations for which property(s) offer the best combination of lowest negotiated rate, most concession value added, and reduced risk.
At that point, the production will decide which hotels with whom they want to negotiate with to finalize a an agreement. Once we have a tentative deal, we will write up an agreement, manage the signing process, set up the master account, and introduce the hotel to the production contact to manage day-to-day comings and goings. Maritz will support your production with issue management and escalation until the day you wrap.
