We’re building a roster of remote and flex travel coordinators to service our clients. You should have experience sourcing hotels, corporate housing, and private houses and apartments, air travel and charters, car rentals, destination management and locations.
Background as a production travel coordinator is a plus. Experience negotiating contracts (not just rates and dates) are assets but not absolutely necessary as we will train the right person/people.
You will need a computer, phone, reliable internet connection and availability during regular business hours where the production(s) you are supporting are shooting.
