While we don’t supply full art department crews or manage set builds, we do connect productions with trusted vendors and stylists for key creative elements that elevate the look and feel of your stage or location.

Whether you’re preparing a special shoot day, dressing a hero set, or designing an event space for production use, this request form is your starting point for sourcing high-quality, visually cohesive items and services—fast, flexible, and tailored to production timelines.

How to Use This Page

Start with the Basics

  • Tell us who you are and what production you’re working on. Include the production title, contact name, email, and shooting location (stage or off-site), so our team can track and respond efficiently.

Choose the Creative Services You Need

  • Creative Design Support – Assistance with themes, palettes, and overall creative vision.
  • Décor & Color Schemes – Color-coordinated décor elements to align with your production or event.
  • Furnishings – Stylish, shoot-ready furniture for stage, green room, or event use.
  • Greens & Floral – Live or artificial greenery, floral design, and plant-based set dressing.
  • Landscapes & Layout – Outdoor dressing or spatial layout for temporary setups.
  • Props – Decorative props, tabletop details, and atmosphere-enhancing items.
  • Seating – Lounge setups, dining chairs, benches, or guest seating for special uses.
  • Table Designs – Centerpieces, linens, dishware, or custom table looks for filming or events.
  • Set Décor Tech Equipment – Includes aesthetic lighting, video wall surfaces, and other tech-forward design tools for temporary or one-off applications.

Submit the Form

  • Once complete, hit Submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and someone from our production support team or one of our preferred vendors will follow up to confirm next steps.

What Happens After You Submit

Your request is reviewed within 24 business hours. You’ll be contacted directly with design proposals, photos, availability, or follow-up questions.

Be as specific as you can—Quantity, finish, vibe, and function all help speed things along.

Call out urgent deadlines—We prioritize time-sensitive requests flagged in the form.

Think ahead—If you’re planning a wrap party or a hero shoot, get requests in as early as possible.
