Simply complete this form, hit Send, and we will begin sourcing hotel(s) in your location immediately. We will research hotels, match them against your criteria (type, distance, quality, budget, etc.), and create an electronic Request For Proposal (RFP) and hotel comparison report for you to review and approve distribution.
Hotels usually respond within 48hrs at which time we will run a full bid report, score each bid, and present you with results along with recommendations for which property(s) offers the best combination of lowest negotiated rate, most concession value added, and reduced risk.
At that point, the production can decide which hotels they want to negotiate with to finalize a an agreement. As soon as we have a deal, we’ll write it up on our master contract template for the brand, manage the signing process, assist in setting up your master account, and introducing the hotel to your production to manage day to day arrivals and departures.
